is the difference between small, medium and upgraded items?

: Photos on our web site are designed to best reflect the
value and integrity of the medium priced items. Choosing a
reduced item allows you to purchase a similar or smaller arrangement
that meets your budget needs. Choosing upgraded allows us
the flexibility to design using more flowers, use more flowers
of a higher grade, and to use a higher grade container, where
applicable.

the delivered arrangement look exactly the same as the picture
online?

: Occasionally it is necessary to substitute flowers due to
variations in supply across the country. We strive to retain
the value and the integrity of the item you have chosen. We
will email you quickly if do not have your chosen item &
color in our shop.

: Do you deliver on Sundays?

: Yes, we do, please provide your order one day before and
it will be delivered on
Sunday as your request but we cannot guarantee if you order
on Sunday.

we send the delivery confirmation and/or the signed name for
every orders in Korea & Japan.
